  1. Pria, usia maksimal 28 tahun
  2. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
  3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di mesin industri, instalasi listrik
  4. Mempunya semangat kerja tinggi
  5. Memiliki SKCK aktif dan surat keterangan sehat dari dokter (tidak buta warna)
