Manajemen keuangan yang baik di PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia dipimpin oleh divisi keuangan yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola keuangan perusahaan, termasuk mengatur arus kas, mengelola risiko keuangan, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap aturan dan regulasi yang berlaku. Finance di PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia juga berperan dalam melakukan analisis keuangan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengambilan keputusan bisnis.

Kualifikasi
  1. Passionate candidate within the age of 18 - 24 years
  2. Available for college students and non students who are able to work min. 4 days per week
  3. College student min. at second year of the study, preferably from hospitality, tourism or social science major
  4. High levels of enery and enthusiasm
  5. Strong interpersonal skill with outgoing personality and customer service attitude
  6. Available to work in shift hour and flexible for early morning, late evening, weekend and/or holiday time
  7. Able to speak basic conversation in English
Jobdesk:
  1. Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
  2. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  3. Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks. Maintains a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events.
  4. Maintains a clean and comfortable store environment.
  5. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the “Third Place” environment during each shift.
  6. Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
  7. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
  8. Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.
  9. Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and communicating them to the management team.
