Office Boy:
Kualifikasi:
  1. Usia Maksimal 25 Tahun
  2. Pendidikan minimal SMA / sederajat
  3. Pengalaman sebagai Office Boy/ Girl minimal selama 1 tahun

  5. Penampilan bersih & rapi

Jobdesk:
  1. Membersihkan dan merapikan meja, kursi, komputer dan perlengkapan lainnya
  2. Membersihkan/vacuum karpet, lantai, kaca, mencuci piring
  3. Mengirim/mengambil dokumen antar Divisi/Bagian
  4. Melayani permintaan fotokopi, dan kebutuhan lainnya
  5. Membelikan makan dan minum karyawan
  6. Membereskan dan mencuci perlengkapan makan dan minum karyawan
  7. Membuang sampah yang ada di area tanggung jawabnya

Driver Operasional
Kualifikasi:
  1. Usia Maksimal 27 Tahun

  5. Rajin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab

Jobdesk:
  1. Mengantar user sesuai dengan jadwal operasional
  2. Mengantar dokumen/ekspedisi antar cabang (Jakarta - Tangerang)
  3. Menjaga kebersihan kendaraan operasional
  4. Merawat kendaraan operasional (termasuk jadwal service)
  5. Mengendarai kendaraan operasional baik manual maupun matic
Internal Auditor (Officer)
Kualifikasi:
  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
  2. Has 1-2 years of working experiences as Internal or External Auditor, preferable who has experiences in Accounting Public Firm, Multinational Company, or Manufacture Industry
  3. Strong interpersonal skill, good analytical, and detail oriented
  4. Proficient in English
Talent Acquisition Officer
Kualifikasi:
  1. Maximum 27 years old
  2. Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University
  3. Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field
  4. Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point
  5. Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
  6. Have a good Interview skill with Behavioral Event Interview technique
  7. Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level
  8. Have a good analytical and communication skill
  9. Have a pleasant, creative and initiative personality

Supply Chain Management Customer Relation Supervisor - Sales Export
Kualifikasi:
  1. Minimum bachelor degree in any major from reputable University
  2. Has minimum 5 years of working experience as SCM Customer Relation, preferably in Export Sales
  3. Able to operate Ms. Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. PPT
  4. Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)
Jobdesk:
  1. Receiving and processing orders from customers
  2. Reporting to Sales Export
  3. Correspondence with customers, factory and others regarding the shipment of orders by phones and emails
  4. Checking with SCM and factory regarding the production and orders
  5. Processing the orders to Deliver Planning (DP) and communicating with Shipping Dept. regarding shipment of orders
  6. Checking with Finance Dept. regarding payment of orders
Shipping Document Staff
Kualifikasi:
  1. Have the experience in handling shipping documents export at least for 1 year, preferably in an export oriented company (on the shipper-side/manufacturing company), or in the shipping line / freight forwarding company
  2. Have the experience in liaising with shipping line / freight forwarding / trucking company in related to the preparation of export process
  3. Having good understanding on export process and procedure i.e on general pre and post export procedure, or on specific ones i.e using L/C ( Letter of Credit ), filling-in Custom Export Declaration ( PEB – Pemberitahuan Export Barang ), understand how to use third party interface i.e such as INTTRA for booking arrangement, etc, preparation / revision documents for LPBC / KITE related on the export-side
  4. Having a Degree (minimum Diploma) from related background (Transport Management is preferred) or with relevant work experience
  5. Possess good command of English ( i.e regularly handle email communications in English )
  6. Focus, Detailed and Meticulous
Jobdesk:
  1. Mempersiapkan dokumen-dokumen terkait keperluan pengajuan permohonan ekspor
  2. Melakukan proses pengajuan permohonan pengiriman barang ekspor kepada pihak Bea Cukai dan lembaga terkait, sesuai regulasi terkait
  3. Melakukan pemesanan jasa ekspedisi muatan kapal laut (EMKL) dan pelayaran atau forwarder sesuai ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan
  4. Melakukan koordinasi pelaksanaan pengambilan peti kemas, pemuatan barang ekspor dan penyerahan di pelabuhan dengan pihak-pihak terkait.
  5. Melakukan revisi / koreksi draft dokumen ekspor
  6. Menerbitkan dan melakukan proses pengesahan dokumen-dokumen ekspor guna keperluan transaksi barang dan pembayaran.
  7. Mempersiapkan dan memproses negosiasi dokumen baik melalui Bank maupun langsung pada pelanggan.
Domestic Sales
Kualifikasi:
  1. Bachelor or Master degree in any major from reputable university
  2. Has minimum 2 years working experience in retail sales/export sales/OEM sales from automotive industry or related business
  3. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  4. Computer literate and Proficient in English
  5. Good strategic planning and management skills
  6. Willing to travel
Network Administrator Assistant Manager
Kualifikasi:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  2. Has more than 7 years of experience as a network administrator or in infrastructure role.
  3. Working knowledge and expertise in Administrator Network, CCNA, AD/OS Windows Server 2016/2019 and Ms. Exchange: 2016/2019
  4. Mastery in Antivirus Trend Micro, Backup Arcserve UDP, HCI Technology and Cluster 2016/2019 is an added value
  5. Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions
Digital Marketing Manager
Job Requirements:
  1. Hold minimum Bachelor's degree (from any major)
  2. Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience (automotive or ecommerce company will be a plus point)
  3. Have a strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, boost search engine, digital ad, google analytic, etc.
  4. Have a knowledge in web developing will be a plus point
