Kriteria:
- Pria, usia maksimal Kelahiran 1999
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Pernah bekerja di industri alat berat lebih disukai
- Mampu Menggunakan Alat Ukur (QC)
- Mampu melakukan proses welding dengan gas CO2
- Pekerja keras dan Bertanggung Jawab
